For several months, MAVIN first lady, Tiwa Savage, had been economical
with the truth about what she had shared with her manager, Tunji Balogun
otherwise known as TeeBillz. But bubble burst last Tuesday when the
guy, on her birthday rubbed an engagement ring in her face and went
ahead to decorate her finger with it. The development had been greeted
with goodwill messages from her management, fans and family members just
as it swiftly swayed pundits to asking; “what were they doing in secret
romance for this long?” Ironically, TW’s hit single, kele-kele Love
(secret romance) wherein she echoed her disgust for clandestine romance
is still hot on the music shelves. Understandably so, the discerning
public may as well not believe that the lovers have not gone a step
ahead earlier to tie the knots legally as tale bearers already insist
that they’ve secretly been to the registry. To be or not to, time will
reveal all as the duo has no business at the registry the second time.
When the wedding period approaches, people will ask when they’re going
to the registry among other questions.
Now she has put a ring on it.....happy for her
